A brief history

Tenute Zichichi is a family-run winery located in the heart of the agricultural expanses of Fulgatore, in the province of Trapani. A family always engaged in the cultivation of the vine, which in this area has been handed down and consolidated over the centuries. Founded in the mid-90s by Giovan Battista Zichichi under the benevolent and attentive gaze of his father and father-in-law, today the business is followed by his son Salvatore, following the family business as an agronomist and oenologist, Today Tenute Zichichi has about 25 ha cultivated under certified organic agriculture, mainly vines from native and international vines: from the traditional Nero d'Avola and Syrah for the red grape varieties to Grillo, Zibibbo, Viognier, Chardonnay, Catarratto and Sauvignon Blanc for white grape varieties. Another part of the estate includes olive growing from native cultivars: Nocellara, Cerasuola and a small part of Biancolilla
