Abbazia Santa Anastasia

Chardonnay fermented in barriques, white oak. Biodynamic according to the Demeter guidelines. Clear colour, intense straw yellow with golden reflections. Intense and persuasive with notes of acacia honey, ginger, chamomile flowers, vanilla, orange blossom. Soft, enveloping, long taste. A wine of great balance and harmony thanks to its wooden dwelling that enhances its longevity. The food pairing is intriguing: semi-aged cheeses, white meat, smoked fish, risotto with mushrooms and seasonal vegetables.

Ruby red soul. Inebriating scents of cherry, raspberry, blackberry and a fresh scent of blood orange. Elegantly tannic, soft and fresh to the taste. Exciting companion with a platter of cheeses and cold cuts.
