Nose
To the nose it results with delicate floreal notes enriched with hints of exotic fruit and aromatic notes of Mediterranean herbs.
Palate
In the mouth it is slightly tasty, fresh and drinkable.
Winemaking
This sparkling wine dedicated to her, has a contemporary and modern taste. It was born from a blend of Catarratto and Grillo grapes, carefully cured, selected and collected in boxes at the right stage of ripeness. The bunches are de-stemmed, the skins are cold macerated with the must and then gently pressed. After a period of refinement on the lees for about 4 months, the base wine is sparkled in an autoclave according to the long Charmat method, where it remains for another 6 months before bottling.
Appearance
At sight it has a pale straw yellow colour crossed by a lively perlage, of fine grain and good persistence.
Food Pairing
Excellent throughout the meal, it prefers fish and crustaceans dishes, even raw. It nicely accompanies white meats and soft cheeses.
