A brief history
The Simonetti Cellars They were founded in 1977 in San Cipirello between San Giuseppe Jato and Corleone (Italy - Sicily), on the slopes of Mount Jato which dominates the valley of the river of the same name. The winery was born from the historical enological passion of the Simonetti family and is increasingly affirmed through the union of the ancient family winemaking tradition and technological innovation, increasingly seeking to establish itself towards a bio-sustainable production.
