Made from 100% Carricante grapes. The name of this ancient native grape originates from the expression “u carricanti”, and is due to the abundant production of the vines and the fact that whole carts were filled up with their grapes.

Made with Nerello Mascalese grapes, considered the king of Etna’s native grape varieties. The grapes are grown on the Carranco estate, in vineyards that are about 50 years old.
