In the mouth it is full, persistent, fresh, with a mineral note that lasts long and allow a quite long aging. ese characteristics make this wine important and representative of the territory of origin.

Winemaking
The hand-harvested grapes come in small boxes and are quickly brought to the cellar and manually selected on belts. Destemmed and lightly pressed, they arrive in the press where they are softly pressed. The must obtained is cold-clarified and left fermenting at a temperature of 15/16 °C.
Aging
After fermentation, the wine obtained rests on the fine lees for about three months. Three months in steel tanks and 2 more months in the bottle.
