Organic Catarratto produced as it was in the past, with each bunch picked by hand, selecting the best grapes. All processes are carried out with great care so as to produce a very drinkable wine with mellow aromas.

Organic Insolia, with an intense, enveloping bouquet, amongst the oldest native grapes on the island that expresses the land in an exceptional way. Careful vinification techniques lend the wine an extraordinary intensity and freshness.

Rosé wine produced with Syrah grapes, maceration on the skins for a couple of hours, and subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature gives the wine hints of red berry fruits and an intense pink color that recalls the beauty of Trapani coral. The high quality of the grapes and processing methods carried out with precision and care allow varietal characteristics to stand out.

Organic Zibibbo, Zibibbo, one of the most intense and aromatic grape varieties native to the island. This dry version offers a broad and complex bouquet, with enveloping notes of fresh fruit and aromatic herbs. Straw yellow in colour with golden reflections, it fully expresses Sicilian character.

Produced from organic Syrah grapes, harvesting takes place only upon reaching perfect ripeness and optimum acidity. Syrah has adapted very well to Sicilian soil and climate conditions, resulting in a wine with a strong personality that fully expresses the Mediterranean.
