Winemaking
The grapes after being carefully selected in the vineyard are conducted in the cellar, maceration is the most important step and that expresses the territoriality of the vineyard, is left in contact with the skins for about 10-12 days at a temperature between 20-22 C. It is then conducted in steel tanks.
Appearance
A long-lived ruby red color is born.
