Brasi Sicilian dialect name of our ancestor, Biagio. He vinified his wines in small chestnut barrels back in the early 1900s. Brasi resulted from the Sicilian tradition. Aged in small chestnut barrels for about 12 months. A combination of two great indigenous elements (vine and wood) produces a very distinct and exclusive wine

Elegant and graceful. Comes from soils with a strong calcareous imprint. One of the very few pink wines made from Perricone grapes (a variety also known as Pignatello), thanks to its versatility it pairs perfectly with a variety of traditional Sicilian land and seafood dishes. We prefer it with tuna tartare with orange juice.

What is considered the symbolic vine of Sicily reveals its fullness in the Trapani area. With its clean and savoury taste, it is the perfect accompaniment to fish dishes, as well as marinated or grilled garden vegetables. Also unforgettable with fettuccine, together with prawns and courgettes
