Purple hues and Intense flavour of red fruits. Fresh, tasty and compact tannins supported by good acidity make this Nero d'Avola a wine of great elegance and pleasantness.

Mid texture, calcareous and mineral

Harvest

From the end of September to the first week of October.

Winemaking

Grapes are manually harvested, soft pressing and destemming, 20 days of maceration in steel with natural yeast.

Aging

In stainless steel tanks for 15 months, then 4-6 months aging in bottle.
