Our enchanting Vino Rosso is a field blend of Nerello Mascalese and other indigenous cultivars grown on the northeast slopes of Mount Etna, at 850 meters above sea level. The clusters are hand harvested and gently de-stemmed. Fermentation takes place over ten days after which the young wine undergoes malolactic conversion and aging in stainless steel and amphora. The wine is blended and clarified before bottling.

Our exquisite Vino Bianco is crafted from 100% Carricante grapes, grown on the Ionian sea exposed northeast slopes of Mount Etna at an altitude of 850 meters. The hand-picked clusters are meticulously sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures to preserve the vibrant acidity and delicate aromatics of the Carricante grape. The wine is matured on fine lees in stainless steel. After careful blending and light clarification, it is bottled to capture the essence of its volcanic terroir and coastal influence.
