Nose
The nose reveals intensely fruity and delicately floral aromas with notes of jasmine, apricot, white peach and yellow plum, harmonized and perfectly combined with mentholated scents of eucalypt and vanilla.
Palate
On the palate has a good balance with the right fullness, freshness and acidity, giving to the wine an easy-drinking, sapid character and a prospective longevity.
Growing Conditions
Produced in west Sicily.
Harvest
The grapes are hand-picked in the second half of September.
Winemaking
Soft-pressed. The must is cold-decanted and after the clarification is racked in French oak barrels where it ages for about two weeks. At the end of the fermentation the wine is aged “sur lies” until March (for about 4-6 months) with weekly “battonage”.

Bright colour with straw yellow notes and greenish highlights.
