Palate

Warm and full-bodied, the tannin is soft and exquisitely mouth-filling. The acidity highlights the aromas, while the finish is long and pleasant.

Growing Conditions

TRAINING SYSTEM: Espalier with Guyot pruning.

Harvest

HARVEST PERIOD: Mid-September.

HARVEST METHOD: Manual.

Winemaking

Grapes are hand harvested, gently destemmed
and undergo cold maceration prior alcohol fermentation.

Aging

Once malolactic fermentation takes place, the wine is then aged in steel tanks for 3 months.

Appearance

Hazy ruby red with purplish reflections.

Food Pairing

Excellent with aperitifs, cold cuts, red meat and aged cheese.
