- Plant’s age: 2000

- Training system: double cordon

- Plant’s density: 4.000 plants per hectare


Second half of September


- Vinification: removal of grape from stalks, maceration of the skins for 10 days and fermentation in stainless steel tanks

- Refinement: 3 months in stainless steel thanks.
