AgricolaMandrarossa SerapiasMandrarossa crosses the sea to experiment new projects on the island known worldwide for producing the seducing Passito, the wine made from the Zibibbo native grapes. The result is Serapias, Mandrarossa’s Passito di Pantelleria DOC, named after the orchid from Pantelleria, a species that exclusively grows on the island, just like the typical alberello-trained (sapling) vines used to produce this wine.
