Harvest
The harvest begins at the end of August for the Syrah to continue in early September.
Winemaking
The grapes carry out the fermentation in the presence of skins at a controlled temperature of 25°C for 12 days. After racking follows the malolactic fernentation.
Aging
One year in stainless steel barrels; after bottling the wine ages another 4 months in the bottle.

It is recommended to accompany roast meat and matured cheeses.
