Nose

Fine and characteristic nose, played on fruity tones of black cherry and ripe raspberry, with mineral accents.

Palate

Clean, with a nice intensity, with sweet and non-aggressive tannins, a nice return of fruit and flavor that enriches the sensations.

Harvest

The grapes are harvested in early October.

Winemaking

The grapes are vinified in red with maceration for 8-10 days at a controlled temperature.

Aging

It is a red wine of medium to good concentration which is best expressed within 3 years of the harvest when the characteristics of freshness are still pronounced.
