Nose

Intense, vinous and fruity aroma with hints ranging from plum to ripe cherry followed by spicy notes verging on tobacco.

Palate

Decisive, of good intensity, slightly sapid, rightly tannic and structured, with an aftertaste of great complexity and persistence.

Harvest

The grapes are harvested in the second ten days of September.

Winemaking

The grapes are vinified in red with maceration for 8-10 days at a controlled temperature.

After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is decanted into barriques where it remains for about a year, then in the bottle for a few months.

Aging

It is a red wine that benefits from a long stay in the bottle, which expresses itself at its best 3-4 years after the harvest.

Appearance

Intense ruby red with violet reflections.
