Harvest

Grillo grapes are harvested by hand between the end of August and the first week of Sempteber

- YIELD: 70 q.li/ha

Winemaking

The grapes arriving in cellar are de-stemmed and crushed, then undergo a maceration in the soft press at low temperature for about 10 hours. Subsequently the fermentation takes place in steel tanks at the temperatures of 14°C. The wine obtained remains until bottling in steel tanks and then completes its aging for more than 40 days in the bottle.

Aging

In stainless steel tank on noble lees and in bottle under controlled temperature.

Appearance

Straw-yellow color with clear green reflections.
