Rosé di Morgante is obtained from the vinification of Nero d’Avola, the colour is light rosé, but shiny that shows its freshness. Clear aromas, fruity, citrus fruits and floral notes that remind rose petals, stand out. The wine is tasty, and at the same time aromatic and balanced.

Good concentration of ruby red colour. Willing to smell marasca cherry notes, blackcurrant, blueberry juice, then carob, dark chocolate and closing mentholated whiffs. The mouthfeel is balanced all playing on a great drinkability. Finish with a pleasant end of small red fruit hints. Ideal with meat and legumes soups with a medium fruity olive oil. Deep purple red. Intense nose with plum jam, small red fruits, with an overtone of caper and spicy hints. Fresh sip, well balanced, structured and persistent. The taste is full and tannins very soft.
