Winemaking

It is obtained by careful selection of the bunches, removal of the grape stalks and maceration on the peels for 8 days, drawing off wine process, pressing and fermentation.

Ruby red wine with garnet shades.

Perfect coupling with mature cheese, second course dishes based on red meats, pork, black pork sausage and first course dishes such as mushroom risotto and pasta alla norma.
