- Production area: Municipalities of Castiglione di Sicilia and Randazzo.
- Production: 6 tons per hectare.
- Soil: volcanic, mixed from various vineyards.
- Exposure: north side of Etna, from 600 to 800 meters above sea level
- Age of the vineyards: from 25 to 60 years

Food Pairing
Our rosé is bright, even nervous, but never superficial. The joy it conveys is refined, with the ability to wonderfully refine over time. Not that there is any reason to age it. But, as it ages, it is surprising to discover its freshness combined with an unexpected complexity in a rosé. Fish, poultry, soups, pasta, ham and melon, salami and figs, bread, olives and cheese. Extreme versatility.
