Embracing aroma with strong notes of red-barries fruits perfectly harmonious with herbaceous and spicy notes.


It is rich, ample and persistent on the palate with a distinct but pleasant velvety tannins,
typical of this grape variety.

Growing Conditions

The elegance of the Cabernet Sauvignon is enhanced in the hills between Marsala and Salemi.


Harvested by hand in small crates. Grapes harvested in the second half of August.


The grapes are de-stemmed and macerated at a temperature controlled between 24 and 27° C.


The wine is matured in stainlesssteel containers and barrels French oak for 6 months. Then remain a month in bottle before being marketed.


This wine has an intense ruby color.

Perfect served with truffle based dishes, soups, risotto and grilled food.
