Nose

It exceptionally translates in taste the typical character of the land it comes from: soft orange blossoms notes, quite typical of this grape species along with brooms shades

Palate

The sip is nicely sweet, delicate and pleasantly non invasive,with an extraordinary tactile-olfactory fusion

Growing Conditions

- RAISING SYSTEM: Espalier raised with a spurred cordon
- PLANTS DENSITY: 4000/ha
- LAND FEATURES: Deep and medium-soft soils, rich in organic substances, with east exposure and particularly rich in potassium
- PEDOCLIMATE: “Lauretum” phyto-climatic area,warm sub-area, with temperature ranging from 1°C (min) to 44°C (max)
- PRODUCTION AREA: In the heart of the Moscato di Noto DOC area, (Noto, Italy)
- SPECIES OF GRAPEVINE: Yellow Moscato di Noto 100%
- ALTIMETRY OF THE VINEYARD: 130 above sea level

Harvest

Ripe grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of October
- PLANT PRODUCTIVITY: 0,78 kg

Winemaking

- VINIFICATION: The whole process is run at a controlled temperature, from maceration to the soft pressing until fermentation and maturation with peaks of 3°C
- REFINING: Refining is stainless steel and in bottle, for at least four months

Appearance

Ranging from intense golden yellow to amber

A high class dessert wine, to be tasted along with almond pastries, chocolate, cheese and any kind of sweets.
