Delicate and fragrant with fruity hints of grapefruit, passion fruit and white peach.
Fresh, dry and harmonious with a pleasant bitter aftertaste characteristic of the grape variety.
Cultivation area: Valle del Belice - Sicilia Occidentale
Selection of excellent Catarratto grapes harvested in boxes on reaching optimal ripeness.
Transfer to the cellar in the first cool hours of the day, soft pressing, cooling of the crushed grapes and sending to soft presses, decanting and subsequent fermentation in steel at controlled temperature with the addition of selected yeasts. The parking of the wine on the noble lees lasts for a few months.
The storage takes place at a controlled temperature, to maintain the freshness of the aromas unchanged, for about 5 months until bottling.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Excellent with fish dishes, soft and spun cheeses.
