Palate
It has a warm velvety taste, slight hints of tannin, excellent and balanced structure. It has hints of ripe apricot and honey, with an aftertaste of eucalyptus.

Harvest
The grapes are harvested at the end of september. After the late harvest, the grapes are gently pressed.
Winemaking
The must is set for alcoholic fermentation for around 20 – 25 days, at controlled temperature, in stainless steel.
Aging
Aged 1 year in stainless steel tanks, followed by 4 months of ageing in bottle
Appearance
Golden yellow
Food Pairing
Sweet, but elegant and smooth, it goes well with mature cheeses. Exellent on its own, for a quenching break.
