Palate

The youthful body shows with the notes of berries, plums and spices leading into a persistent finish with slight bitterness.

Aging

8 months in stainless steel tank and 6 months in bottle.

A wine that unfolds beautifully with roasts, stews, spicy stews, with vegetable casseroles and mature cheeses.
