Don Giosuè is a wine made by 100% Chardonnay IGT Terre Siciliane grapes from Mazara del Vallo area.

- Soil type: Sandy

- Altitude: 80 mts above sea level

- Training system: Double cordon

- Plants density: 4.500 per hectare

Harvest

It is harvested by hand the first decade of September.

- Yield per hectare: 9 tons

Winemaking

Destemming, cold maceration for about 12 hours and fermentation at 16-18°c in stainless steel tanks

Aging

3 months in stainless steel tanks

Appearance

Straw yellow with greenish hues
