Nose

Palate

on the palate it is still young, robust tannins and marked acidity allow us to tell us that this wine will have a long way to go. The aromas on the nose come back bursting into the mouth licorice, cocoa bean, cherries in alcohol

Growing Conditions

Cerasuolo di Vittoria Doc Classico is a blend of Nero d'Avola and Frappato always produced in Contrada Senia where the calcareous soil with light volcanic subsoil gives us aromas and an elegant structure. Here we fall back into the ancient production area of this excellent wine

Winemaking

this wine is obtained from grapes that have reached perfect aromatic and polyphenolic maturation. Destemming and alcoholic fermentation with the skins occurs for 8-15 days at 25°-27° degrees

For 24 Months, this wine remains in the stainless steel silos
