Palate

After a short oxygenation it emits intensely and persistently flavours of red fruit such as black-berry, egriot, morello, cherry, ribes, liquorice, coffee, chocolate and spices. The flavour expresses a powerful structure, satisfying, involving, round and balanced, sustained by a noble and elegant smoothness.

Winemaking

Harvest of the grapes by hand and hand selection of grapes, gentle pressing, natural fermentation at controlled temperature, soft pressure (0.8 bar) at controlled temperature, aging in steel, wood and glass

Aging

This wine is made in purity, aged at least 2 years and kept in oak barriques for at least 8 months.

Appearance

It presents an intense, clear, brilliant and involving ruby red colour with ligh pomegranate reflections.
