The aroma is fine, fruity, and floral with hints of tangerine.
Fresh and crispy, with a fruity finish of citrus.
Obtained from Pinot Grigio grapes grown in the northeastern regions of Italy known as the “Tre Venezie”, Trentino Alto Adige, Veneto, and Friuli Venezia- Giulia.
Once destemmed the grapes are softly pressed and left in the pneumatic press with dry ice for a few hours, the short contact with the skins gives the characteristic rosé colour. After, the must is transferred in stainless-steel tanks where the fermentation takes place at low temperature with selected yeasts.
Light coppery colour.
This wine is perfect to pair with vegetarian pasta, appetizers, seafood and white meat. The ideal serving temperature is 10-12°C.
