As its name suggests, it is a true act of love (Serò, from the ancient Greek σου ἐρῶ - ‘I love you’) towards a variety, which rewards commitment, constancy and determination, yielding a white with gre- at finesse that is capable of evolving over time.

Deliella is the premier cru produced by Principi di Butera, bearing the name of the district in which the estate is located. This 100%, single-vineyard Nero d’Avola has an aristocratic profile, great ageing potential and an unconventional ability to combine intensity and balance with elegance and sobriety. With its highly distinctive style, Deliella expresses the character of the district of Butera, one of the areas best suited to the cultivation of Sicily’s most noble autochthonous grape.

The first Nero d’Avola Classic Method - Pas Dosé, embodying the aristocratic soul and the sicilian vocation for excellence. Suspended between reality and mirage, this captivating area inspires a blanc de noirs that reveals a fresh and unprecedented facet of Nero d’Avola and Sicily. Principi di Butera dedicates a 3-hectare vineyard opposite the ancient manor to the creation of this blanc de noirs with extraordinary finesse, a fine perlage and a creamy palate.

The Sicilian word for ‘caress’ invokes the gentle character of this Insolia, produced from the hillside vineyards of Butera. Carizza is a rich and harmonious white wine with a fresh and delicate nature and aromas of broom flowers, mimosa, cantaloupe and exotic fruit.

From the precious mineral-rich lands of Butera, this Grillo has all the intensity and brilliance of a rare diamond. Diamanti is a complex and harmonious white with fresh notes of citrus and passion fruit, woven through with a slight mentholated vein.
