Nose

A rich and elegant bouquet with
aromas of fruit, such as orange, peach, dates,
hints of fig and apricot, accompanied by
fresh hints of white flowers.

Palate

Acidity and sweetness blend perfectly in this full-bodied wine. The finish is
long and pleasantly mineral.

Winemaking

After a soft pressing of grapes that have partially dried on the vine, the must ferments in
stainless steel at 14 °C and remains on the
fine lees for 12 months.

Aging

Followed by ageing
in the bottle for two months.

Appearance

Bright yellow with golden reflections.

Food Pairing

Serve with a selection of blue cheeses or
paired with traditional Sicilian desserts.
