Nose
The nose is intense, with clear notes of citrus and flowers, including elderberry.
Palate
The taste is enveloping, fresh, rich, and persistent.
Growing Conditions
Midor grapes come from vineyards of about 20 years, whose density is 3,200 vines per hectare, trained with single Guyot cane pruning, and with a production of about tons. The soil is flat, composed of a medium-textured limestone substrate tending to sandy.

The harvest starts the first decade of September
Winemaking
The fermentation process takes place in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature
Aging
The wine ages on the lees, for 5 months

Straw yellow with greenish reflections
