Located in the country of Salemi at 400 m a.s.l, the vines are planted east facing, following the vertical trellis system, on a sandy and clay rich soil.
De-stemming and skin maceration at low temperatures , the grapes are soft-pressed and then fermented in temperature controlled stainless-steel tanks (16°– 18° C) for 10 -12 days.
Bright yellow with green shades.
Ideal as an aperitif, with fish and sea food.
