An expressive bouquet of citrus, white flowers and stone fruits

A layered palate of citrus and stone fruits with a beautiful acidic core and a savory finish.

Growing Conditions

The small vineyard is nestled in front of the Monte Genuardo Nature Reserve, planted on steep sloped, rocky soil. The highest altitude for Grillo in all of Sicily. The vineyard is characterized by extreme day to night temperature fluctuations and by the 'tramontana' (north wind) that comes over the mountains.

Helios Grillo is the flagship white wine of the family, obtained from a mountainside single vineyard at 830 meters above sea level. It expresses notes of
wild flowers, citrus and stone fruits. Elegant on the palate, with a fruity, rich texture, and a savory finish. A white wine that reveals complexity and depth over time.
