Green pepper with hints of spices
Rich of ripe fruits, balanced and elegant on the palate with a smooth finish.
The vineyards are located in western Sicily, in the province of Trapani at about 150 m.s.l.t. The vines are planted south facing, following the trellis system on sandy and clay rich soil, using guyot pruning.
After de-stemming and skin maceration for 6 days at 22-24 ° C, the grapes are soft-pressed and then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Grilled meat, strong cheese, beef or game stew.
