The fruity and floral flavours have notes of cherry and rose.
On the palate it is light, lively and well balanced.
- Soil: Mainly clay
- Vineyards: Low bush
By hand, in early August
Fermentation with maceration lasts about 8 days. The
grapes are gently pressed and the malolactic fermentation is carried out. The wine is left to mature for at least 3 months in large glazed cement vats.
Aged for 3 months in bottle.
The colour is brilliant ruby red with violet hues.
Ideal with white and red meats and aged cheeses.
