Winemaking
The grapes are subjected to alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins for about 6 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures at a controlled temperature in steel tanks followed by a month of refinement in the bottle.
Appearance
The color is bright ruby red.
Food Pairing
Ideal with pasta dishes and white meats. Excellent with both delicate and medium-aged fresh cheeses.
