Nose
On the nose it is characterized by fresh and vinous aromas, fruity hints stand out with a background of blueberries and other small berries.
Palate
On the palate it is medium-bodied with soft and not very marked tannins, very harmonious. With a fresh and light taste.

Winemaking
The grapes are subjected to alcoholic fermentation with maceration of the skins for about 6 days. Once the malolactic fermentation has taken place, the wine matures at a controlled temperature in large steel tanks and is then aged in the bottle for a month.
Appearance
The color is pale ruby red, almost transparent, brilliant and of medium consistency.
Food Pairing
Very versatile in combinations. It is ideal for aperitifs and light lunches based on pasta and white meat dishes. Excellent with both delicate and medium-aged fresh cheeses.
