Harvest

By hand, in middle September.

Winemaking

Fermentation with maceration lasts about 8 days. The grapes are gently pressed
and the malolactic fermentation is carried out.

Aging

The wine is left to mature for at least 3 months in large glazed cement vats and aged for 3 months in bottle.

Appearance

The colour is deep bright ruby red.

Ideal for an aperitif or with tasty appetizers and seasoned cheeses.
